An inspection of the fire safety provision within the premises together with a brief written list of findings and recommendations.
 

Fire Safety Risk Assessment

A full inspection of the building or premises which will take note of such matters as means of escape, people at risk, the potential for fire spread, the structural condition, fire resistance, compartmentation, fire suppression and warning systems etc.

A risk assessment document will be provided which will discuss the general fire safety provision and highlight the need (if any) for changes and / or additions together with appropriate timescales which can be negotiated with the Fire Authority.
This document will ensure compliance with current fire legislation.
 
Specific Fire Safety Advice
Discussing or negotiating with Fire and Building Control Authorities on client's behalf.
Advice given to clients on individual fire safety issues and possible fire engineering solutions.
Pre - planning fire safety for relocations / extensions / refurbishments etc.
